Mandy Lawrence was afraid of missing out on the big moments in her children’s lives. So, she installed a nanny cam to capture what they were doing when she was not there.
When she watched the live footage on her phone during her lunch break, she couldn’t believe what she was witnessing.
She had no idea her husband was capable of doing this.

It was the first day of the school holidays, and that morning, before Mandy left for work, she asked Peter what he had planned for the children.
“Well, we’ll be home today. Savannah wants to kick back and watch some movies”
“So that’s what we’ll do. I’ll order some pizza as a treat,” he confidently replied.
Nanny Cam Watch
To Mandy, it was perfect. That meant that she would be able to see what they would be up to all day.
However, she had no idea what the nanny cam would show her.
That afternoon, as soon as it was lunchtime, she closed her office door, took out her lunch, opened the nanny cam app on her phone, and sat back. What would she see?
Having Fun
When she logged in, all she could see was toys lying around. Looks like they were having fun. Then, little Samuel came into the frame. He was wheeling away in his baby walker.

She saw Peter hurrying to open the door. It was the pizza delivery guy.
Peter paid for the pizza, and she saw her daughter come running towards it. Then she heard Peter say something strange.
“No, honey. No pizza for us yet. Remember what you promised you’d do with Daddy? You can’t go back on that promise now, can you? Daddy will be very upset. Now come on, let’s get undressed,” Peter said.
What?
Mandy sat up in her office chair. What had she just heard? “Let’s get undressed?” she murmured to herself.
“What does that mean?” She was thinking out loud, and her heart was beating so fast she thought it would jump right out of her chest.
What was her husband up to? Mandy wished she had put cameras all through the house now.
Waiting
She waited with bated breath. It seemed like they had gone to the bedrooms. Samuel was still wheeling away on his own, but he seemed to be content.
It had been 15 minutes, and they still hadn’t come out. Mandy wondered what exactly was going on in that part of the house.
Could it be what she thought it was?
Sickening Thoughts
Mandy tried her best to erase the sickening thoughts from her mind, but what was she supposed to think when she heard her own husband tell their daughter to get undressed?
She couldn’t imagine it, but could it be? Was this the real reason why Peter wanted to spend so much more time at home with the children?
Mandy’s blood ran cold.
Jaw-Dropping
She tried to compose herself, but it was difficult, and wondered what was going on, and then she heard voices. Then Savannah immediately sat up to see what the nanny cam was about to reveal to her. Her heart was beating uncontrollably fast.
It was then that Savannah came into the frame wearing a Disney princess dress.
But then she witnessed something that made her jaw drop.
This Is Our Part!
“Come on, Daddy. It’s starting! You’re going to miss it! This is our part!” Savannah yelled through the house. It was then that Mandy almost fell off of her office chair.
Peter came walking out of the bedroom. He, too, was dressed in a princess dress, complete with a blonde wig and makeup.
He then did something completely unexpected.
No Idea
“This is it, honey. Let’s do it!” Peter encouraged Savannah as they both started singing “Let It Go” at the top of their lungs. Mandy soon realized her mistake.
Peter and Savannah had gone to get dressed in their costumes for their favorite movie, Frozen.
Mandy had no idea that they had practiced singing together, and she had no idea that her husband would dress up as a princess.
Proud
She felt a tear running down her cheek. She hated herself for thinking all those terrible things about her husband, and she was so proud of him for going the extra mile with their daughter.
He was an amazing father. Then, another idea flashed in her mind.
She wanted the world to see what a great father looked like.
With Your Permission
The moment she got home, she showed Peter the footage. He was embarrassed but laughed it off in the end.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about the nanny cam. I was just feeling so left out. But with your permission, I’d like to post this online to show the world what a perfect father you are,” Mandy said.
At first, Peter wasn’t convinced. After all, he wasn’t doing any of it for views or likes.
