Amid the sleepless nights, endless diaper changes, and the overwhelming joy of parenting, it can be easy for the connection between you and your partner to take a backseat. Yet, maintaining a strong bond after the baby arrives is crucial for both your relationship and your well-being as parents.

Here are some practical tips on how to keep the spark alive and nurture your relationship even as you navigate the exciting yet challenging journey of parenthood.

1. Communicate, Even More Than Before

Before becoming parents, communication might have been something you naturally prioritized. But with a baby in the picture, it’s easy for small conversations to slip through the cracks. Whether it’s a brief check-in during a nap time or a longer discussion after bedtime, finding ways to communicate is key.
